The “Lullabyte” project, is exploring how music influences sleep. By analyzing large sets of data, Lullabyte doctoral network team examine the effects of music on falling asleep, sleep quality, and the brain’s response. Their interdisciplinary research, involving neuroscience, informatics, and psychology, investigates key questions such as whether certain frequencies or cultural contexts play a role in sleep improvement. The project also seeks to understand how music may indirectly help by promoting relaxation. With support from the Marie Curie Doctoral Network, the research also aims to foster collaboration between science and music practice, benefiting both fields.
